A couple of years ago my coach Desi Creswell did a year-in-review of sorts in this format. I liked the focus on the positive and the simple reminders of how much we have to be thankful for.

1. Hired a second Senior Designer

3. Worked with a prop stylist for the first time

5. Switched from a remote accounting firm to a local lady and never looked back

10. Design refresh at my own house (this is like a dozen small wins actually!)

16. Decided to stay put in our current studio
