  1. There are cute stocking holders out there! Check out these adorable ones from West Elm.

  2. A mirror or art over the fireplace create another focal point and if you don’t have the need for a TV over the fireplace then why not hang a gorgeous mirror or piece of art? This mirror from Arteriors is one of my favorites!

  3. I love these match cloches. They are elegant and functional.

  4. I also love eucalyptus. I love the smell and the pretty sage color of green that it is. Even though this would be a less formal garland, I like that it’s a little more causal and less expected.

  5. Stocking are another holiday item that can be tricky to find the right look. I’ve included several stocking options in this post and these mud cloth stockings are amazing!

  6. Pampas are another favorite styling item of mine. There are various colors and sizes, plus the height and texture are great!

  7. This light green vase is simple, but so lovely.

  8. Pair the light green vase with this awesome Jonathan Adler red vase.

  9. Vintage candlesticks make a great display on many surfaces, especially a fireplace mantel. Add tapered candles in various colors or use no candles, either way your mantel will look decked out!

  10. I have to say, CB2 has some great fireplace accessories. This fireplace tote/log holder is no exception!

  11. Their fireplace tools are great too!

  12. If you are looking for an elegant stocking option, I would recommend this faux fur stocking from Etsy.

  13. I am totally obsessed with this garland. I love that it has eucalyptus, fir and artichokes!

  14. West Elm’s deco marble fireplace screen is gorgeous and the price is great too!

  15. It’s pretty clear that I love sherpa. Why not have a sherpa stocking with a cuffed ticking stripe?! Talk about elevating your fireplace and stockings!

  16. Birch logs are a MUST next to the fireplace. Even if you burn regular firewood and just have the birch wood on display, I think it’s worth it!

  17. Andirons can add a lot to a fireplace. There are so many amazing options out there. I opted for these simple, yet beautiful andirons from Williams-Sonoma.

I hope you learned a bit about styling your fireplace for the holidays. Let me know in the comments what your favorite item or tip is.
