“I felt that Heather could play into my particular vibe—not just execute a trend or her own aesthetic.  There’s a light hearted spirit to my new kitchen and bath that makes it fun to be here. The storage space and utility are really mind blowing. I had no idea how much more practical these spaces would be!”

Lisa’s house was built in 1911, before home refrigeration. Our main job was to get the refrigerator out of the back hall! The mechanicals stayed put and we kept one of two original built-ins, but we maxed out the rest of the kitchen for storage and opened the connection to the back hall to capture that space. Lisa prefers strong color on a white field, so we used cement tiles to create happy drama in the kitchen. The bathroom gained a foot to accommodate a standard tub and pony wall, and we shrunk a large window for privacy. Jumbo penny tile and a vintage danish dresser-turned vanity dial up the personality!
